Creating Learning Solutions

To explain what I do, I have to start with where I'm from.

My story evolves thematically, through the value of work.  

I come from a long line of people who did hard things with integrity.  I grew up understanding perseverance matters, education opens doors, and success is earned through intention and follow-through.

From the trenches of retail to the classroom, the impact of knowing how and why became my touchstone as it moved both the bottom line and the lives of children. 

Then, I saw higher education fail it's students, who left with more debt than knowledge, and corporate training flunk being designed to check a box rather than move change.

I watched my own career stagnate and heard my voice change from rebellion to silent compliance. 

I wanted to do things differently. 

I wanted to find real solutions to help people learn, work, teach and lead so what they did would matter.

I came to believe that when people learn through the How Do I Paradigm, they gain confidence, security, and peace of mind, even in uncertain times.

For the past four years, I have been designing, collecting, listening and doing. 

I founded Fuel Training Solutions and have worked globally with tech teams, financial professionals, educators, non-profits and manufacturers to help redesign the way the work and learn. 

I partnered with Irish Manufacturing Research to found Conovar Solutions, bringing their digital platform, WKS to the United States where it is being used as a Know How video solution across industries.

Perhaps my most important work is the creation of Molly's Moms, a non-profit organization designed to support mom entrepreneurs. Molly's Moms is inspired and honors the legacy of my sister Molly and my beautiful nephew Mikey who were taken from us far too soon. 

My sister will always be the star I reach for and the voice I hear when I seek to be the change that really matters.

So, what do I do? 

I design practical, human-centered learning solutions for people who lead, teach, and work. 

I am grounded, customer-focused, and rooted in authenticity, with a clear commitment to measurable impact and return on investment.

I believe learning should feel real, useful, and deeply connected to what people really do.
